Today is the best time to change your body for the better and save money while doing it. Working as a Personal Trainer for a number of years, I believe there is an over-whelming amount of harmful and just plain wrong information regarding nutrition. Eating the right type of food is crucial for regulating body weight, but more importantly, health.
Many are eating the wrong food because they are bombarded with the “healthy eating” dogma, which could not be farther from the truth. Look how many over-weight people are struggling to find the “right” way to eat. People are over-whelmed with all the diet advice moving us from real food to substitutions our grandparents would’t recognize. We need to eat what we have for centuries…meat, real animal fat, and water. These food choices should be the foundation of your eating plan. Our bodies thrive on the simplest and the most natural foods. How did we get so far removed from eating natural foods?
The grocery store is made up of 90% un-edible, fake foods. Our determination to get healthier has led us to consuming fake, man-made replacement ”foods.” Nutritionists are studying misguided information, so the cycle of harmful information is just being re-taught without learning from our ancestors before agriculture. Agriculture is a cheap way of feeding the masses at the expense of our health. Fruit is made up of fructose sugar, one of the worst for the human body. Stop eating processed food, especially sugar and starch.
You will feel so much better mentally and physically if you get back to the basics today. Our foundation should be meat, animal fats and water, pure and simple. What do you have to lose aside from weight?
